- Floating Bridge<\/em><\/strong> (Floyd Rose like) SelfLocking <\/em><\/strong>(normal or lowered variant)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Three Positions Bridge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
It is a fixed bridge only in the central position, which, therefore, becomes floating if you use the lever, allowing you to lower the tuning (Dive Bomb) or raise it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- It is used like a Floyd Rose, to increase or decrease the tuning<\/li>
- Allows bending without detuning guitar (based on spring pull)<\/li>
- You can change the strings like on a fixed bridge, so it is much more easy<\/li>
- If a string breaks, it does not lose its tuning (based on the pull of the springs)<\/li>
- Increased Sustain, as for a fixed bridge<\/li>
- It has no levers or mechanical locking systems<\/li>
- The setup of the springs, within a certain threshold, is used to adjust the force to be applied to the lever, not to balance it, therefore the setup requires less precision.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Disadvantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- It has the limitation of not being able to float around the central position. <\/li>
- Based on the pull of the springs, it can be harder than a Floyd Rose<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Floyd Rose Like<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
It is a bridge similar to the Floyd Rose which, however, locks, becoming fixed, with the use of the lever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Has the feel of a Floyd Rose (Not valid for the lowered variant)<\/li>
- It can be locked instantly without having to retune the guitar<\/li>
- Easy change of strings<\/li>
- More Sustain when locked<\/li>
- The lowered variant loses a little the feel of the Floyd Rose, but allows greater tuning variations, and can be locked in a simpler and safer way than the normal one.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Disadvantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- It requires precision in design and manufacturing, therefore higher costs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
